Wordpress 2.8

Still having a problem with the template in WP 2.8 as stated above. But after further investigation what the issue seems to be is that even though the Pages "Tips and Advice" and "Coupons by Store" are in fact pages they pick up the titles from the categories. But it is not happening on all categories and I can't figure out the trigger. So maybe its my code that is doing it as I did tweak the navbar code....but I sure can't see the problem.

If anyone can peak at my code to see please let me know. Thanks.

Update: not sure yet but think I have this pinned down to a custom plugin...so having that checked out.
