Only shows up on IE and my troubleshooter plugin doesn't work on IE.

Just try searching through all the files for RSS.

Should be in the sidebar file, or widgets, or possibly CSS under one of those sections.

I haven't used the Chrome theme yet so I'm not a ton of help.

Let me know if that works.
