Very little difference.
Posts HAVE tags - pages do not. If oyu have a page and a post that have similar URLs, search engines really do not care. Your users care about how your site is set up. What kind of content are you writing? And remember, a Page in the admin area of WordPress means slightly different than looking at a particular page on the front end of your site (archive page, category archive page,s blog page... )
