Typically we strive to build great quality themes that handle the visual aspects of a site. Everything is about creating a solid platform which can be used on a wide variety of sites. There are very few themes that are more specific, and even those, like AgentPress, are intended to allow diversity in usage.

As Andrea said, the things you are looking for are either very general and could be accomplished by any of the themes, or are related to plugins and other services. Nothing is specific to any of the themes we offer.

You might look into Premise, which does offer some of the functionality you are mentioning, members services and such, a network install, directory plugins, or even some custom work.
