questions

If this is not the correct place to ask these questions, could lead me in the direction that would be. I am just trying to figure out the best way to set up this site that will allow me to rank for geographic keywords and have the ability to manage it all without getting slapped by google or having to update each and every site weekly. I really need someone's help on setting this up.
