I would double check your files again to make sure something hasn't been re-injected. Have you checked all your WordPress and Plugin files?

You should download a fresh copy of WordPress and manually overwrite all WordPress files if you haven't done so. If you have inactive plugins, delete them. You may want to delete and reinstall active plugins.

The unfortunate part of this is that there could be something in your database as well.
