Unfortunately not - it's the browser + OS combination that determines the rendering quality of the font. You might be able to use the new CSS3 font-smooth property (limited support), or use a subtle text-shadow that can create a faux anti-alias. Other than that, it's a fact of life that fonts on Mac's simply look better (when I first pointed this out to a couple of web shops I freelanced for, they had to choose new fonts, since they'd all worked only on Macs and hadn't noticed how bad the font looked in Windows).
