How do I notify Admin of new post?

Default How do I notify Admin of new post?
Does the Genesis/News theme allow for notifying the admin or editor of new posts?

No.

This would be the same process regardless of themes used and there are multiple plugins available to do this.

Edit Flow is one that is really awesome for this.

Good Morning:

Thank you. I am confused at this point becasue my other sites that are not Genesis based automaticly do this using the standad Wordpress included features in the settings/discussion area, but this is not working in this site. Do you know if Genesis Framework is preventing this from happening?

ON all the sites I run, I need to use a plugin to be notified of new *posts*. Genesis does not prevent this from happening, since it is not built in by default.

That setting is for comments - not posts.
