Ok, think I fixed the problem above by doing this from another post suggestion:

find the line in your functions.php that calls

post_templates.php and delete it

However, I'm getting a new message now:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/jonathg1/public_html/wp-content/themes/metro_10/functions.php:16) in /home/jonathg1/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 850

any ideas ?
