Default after installed genesis appear blank page

I hope that you help me
I want to install education theme . so that , frist I installed genesis , but a blank page appeared .
please help me

Are you on WordPRess 3.3?

Have you deactivated all your plugins?

yes ,I have a wordpress 3.3
I have deactivated all plugins, but a blank page appeared .

A blank page means a php error. Do you know how to find your error logs in your web account?
