Default Prose to Pro Plus Package
If I buy the Prose theme and then want to upgrade to the Pro Plus Package....Will my purchase cost for the Prose theme be applied later to my purchase of the Pro Plus Package?

Also, how many other themes in the Pro Plus Package will display differently to adapt to smartphones?

You will need to use teh contact form if you want to get your purchase from teh last 30 days to apply in full with ProPlus.

As for the responsive themes, last I checked there are 7 themes that have been released with responsive code, plus the sample child theme, which is free. New themes going forward will be responsive as well.
