There are lots of hyperlink code in the theme, but for example ... the ones in your footer are:

#footer a:hover {
color:#FFFFFF;
text-decoration:underline;
}
#footer a {style.css (
color:#FFFFFF;
text-decoration:none;
}

just change #FFFFFF to #FDFF00
