It's possible. How easy it is depends on what element you are referring to by a "page tab". If you are referring to the pages named in the auto generated page navigation menu then it's just a matter of changing the CSS in style.css. Take a look the page source in your browser and search it for the "tab" you are looking ofr. Does the element which produces that tab have an id so that you can uniquely identify it in the CSS? Then Bingo! You're set.
