I could be wrong, but you might be understanding the ratio incorrectly. SEO best practices suggest one hyperlink for every 120 words. I use ScribeSEO as my analysis tool. You have 2 hyperlinks for 1,100 words where you should have 9-10. If I were to analyze your page with ScribeSEO, it would tell you that you have too much text and not enough html within the content.
