I don't know if there is a plugin that will do that, but the Agent Theme does not add that functionality to WordPress.

Customizing those fields requires a basic understanding of PHP and comfort with editing PHP code. The file to change is write-panel.php which is located in the tools directory and not accessible by the WordPress Theme Editor. Study the code a bit and you should understand the pattern.

This post touched on this subject, but still assumes some knowledge of PHP programming. There is no step-by-step way to do this (that I know of). A StudioPress Approved Designer could do it for you.
