Michelle,
You'll have to change a few properties in style.css, for example, for the homepage find this in style.css: Code:
#homepage ul li a, #homepage ul li a:visited {
color: #222222;
text-decoration: none;
border-bottom: 1px dotted #F7F7F7;
}
To make life really easy for yourself, use Firefox and install the Firebug add-on. You can then see the CSS working "live" and play with CSS changes in the browser before committing the changes in style.css.
