Genesis Simple Hooks Crashed Site after Upgrade

I did remove it and when I go into FileZilla it is not there but I went in to it using CPanel and File Manager and it was there so I have removed it. The site now works. It did not seem to have upgraded Genesis from yesterday either so using the Dashboard I upgraded it.

Now, with all upgraded, I installed Simple Hooks again and it all seems OK.
