Partial Header Customization

Hi all , newbie here!

I would like to have the e-mail form in my header, which is now trying to send the e-mail to Feedburner, to send the e-mail to my e-mail (yes, one at a time- no dbase). I can see the code in the header.php which seems to represent this field so i need script and need to know where exactly to enter this. Any help would be GREAT PLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THX
