Unique Titles for Property Photos

I figured out the Media section and uploaded a couple of my pictures and used different titles, captions etc., but when displaying on my property pages (the one I tried with was the post "The Villa" - all my photos still take on the default of the Post Title, which is "The Villa - Unit 21". When I hover over each photo, it says The Villa - Unit 21 and when I open them in Shadowbox, each photo says The Villa - Unit 21???? This is only for the photos that are in the Photo Section of the property pages.
