Aggregation blogs are typically fine, as long as (like you say) you aren't posting the full content, and you aren't claiming to be the source.

However, you will run into issues with images - many times people have images in a blog post that they have licensed for their site only, so they block them from RSS feeds.

One way to get around that - blog about current tech stories, adding your own opinions - you can link to other sources and include your own images, but you get better SEO by having your own content rather than snippets of others.
