Hi,
There have been many threads on this topic. You need to install Genesis 1.8. Using FTP or your hosting file manager, delete the wp-content/plugins/genesis-simple-hooks folder. You will now be able to get back into the Dashboard. Then upgrade Genesis to 1.8, then reinstall Simple Hooks.
