This plugin creates internal links to your choice of pages, categories or custom urls (including external urls) from either posts and/or pages.

Works well, but does use some resources on bigger sites. I've built large sites with autoposting and autolinking using this plugin and related posts, popular posts and other resource intensive plugins and as the site grows larger it starts to slow down processing all the data.
