The only links you should be instructing the search engines (SEs) not to follow are affiliate links, and maybe the URLs left by commenters. Using nofollow on internal links is telling the SEs that you don't trust your own site. And trying to sculpt PageRank by nofollowing certain pages doesn't work. You should be "noindex"-ing parts of your site, not "nofollow"-ing.
