My Site is loading sooooo slow and also can't login to my WP-admin page

My site takes forever to load(www.aqua-oasis.com). Any plugins/tips to help speed this up? Sometimes it can take over a minute to load a page. Any help is greatly appreciated! Also, I can't login to the Wp-admin page. I have had this site up and running for 2 years with no problems and just this week it started doing this.

Your host ( GoDaddy ) can probably help your site somewhat, your first effort should be to contact their support. In the longer term, you may want to move to a better shared host for WordPress based sites such as Hostgator and Bluehost.

Another thing that will help speed up your site is to make the wp-cycle images' file size smaller. They appear to be 6-8 times larger in file size than should be needed. The WP-Smushit plugin could be useful -

Marc, thank you for the help! Will try compressing the images and see if that does anything. Do you have any idea why the wp-admin page won't show up?
