Their is no one place or set of steps to change the color of all text. Most text is inherited from 'body' or from '#main', so change those two first. Search style.css for other locations of the color that was there. I count 15 instances of "color: #333333" in Streamline. Not all of those may need to be changed. You should look at each setting individually. Don't forget to backup the style sheet before you start.
