In the Edit Post or Edit Page screen remove the check mark next to the "Allow comments on this post" option in the Discussion box.

where do we find this ?

now everything had been solved

old articles with comments on
keep on beeing open for comments

latest ones now do not show the possibility for comments
after disabling it in the main options
