Correct, we do not provide theme support in the General discussion forum. And you need to have purchased Genesis from StudioPress to access the theme forums. You should be able to access the list of developers under "Customization" in the navbar above. You can contact them directly for consultation but it's probably cheaper to just purchase Genesis. Or of course you can contact the people you purchased your site from for support.
