What theme are you starting with? How far have you progressed with the styling? Which parts of the page are you trying to fit in the template itself?

I see a header area then a content/sidebar area. The only thing I can see that need special handling is that inner header area, which you can handle a number of different ways, depending on what you want shown. Same for all pages? Different for every page?

And yes - most if it is just general WP. ;)
