My Genesis Featured Widget will let you do all of that, but you will have to learn PHP ... at least a bit. The problem is the custom fields. They are Custom and there is a lot of information added to a post/page/post type in the meta fields, so there is no way to know what needs to be output. The php will tell it what needs to be output. Using Genesis and WordPress make this all much easier than custom coding your own PHP based dynamic website, but at this point there isn't a way to make it easy to create any possible custom solution you might want.
