"Distorting" isn't really the right word. This is responsive design and it is intended to make it easier to read/navigate on mobile devices without needing a mobile site or a mobile plugin. This is the method recommended by Google to have your site recognized as mobile friendly and have the best index friendly content optimization on both mobile and desktop. This is literally cutting edge of web development and unless something else is developed that makes a better multidevice solution, it is the future of web sites.

That said, if you prefer to defeat this feature it takes two simple edits, which we can help with if you purchase the theme.
