Really boils down to what your requirements are.
I have used eShop and loved the way it worked - adding the price and details to an ordinary post instead of a separate product post, plus the easy way it handles variables. This meant that integration with menus and other posts was possible and easy. Unfortunately, one of my clients requires specific shipping requirements and I was quoted £500-£1000 for an add-on!
So I am now putting woocommerce on his site, which can do what he wants with an "extension" for $75!
Whilst woocommerce is a good plugin, I personally prefer the way eshop handles products and variables - much, much simpler and more flexible.
