So i'm tracking my progress here.

So I used this in my single-cpt.php

PHP Code:
remove_action ('genesis_sidebar''genesis_do_sidebar');
add_action ('genesis_sidebar''about_nav');
function
about_nav() {
    if (!
dynamic_sidebar('About Navigation'));

The thing is, I realized that the navigation encompasses separate pages of various post types, even pages. My first inclination is to target the specific pages in functions.php. Is this a good route?
