I'm a fan of WooCommerce, i've used it a few times and it is pretty cool. You could also try Jigoshop (which WooCommerce was originally forked from).

Integrating Woocommerce into Genesis themes is pretty straightforward and there is also a plugin to smoothly integrate it if you don't want to mess with code.
