Audio clip on homepage

I would like to have a short audio clip play when someone enters my website. I uploaded an mp3 to my backend and the entered the following code on my homepage where I would like the clip to be played;
<embed src="www.thecookingcow.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/clipcart/custom/cowsound.mp3" width=25 height=25 autostart=true repeat=true loop=true />
However I still cannot hear the soundclip. I contact my host and they tell me its a problem on your end. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! My website is www.thecookingcow.com

I'm a beginner, I cannot figure out how to start a new thread. Sorry.
I am in need of some desperate help. My site is live, I am using the clipcart theme with the professional cart66. Everything seems to work great until in the main nav bar you click on my cart. I receive an error:

Not Found, Error 404

The page you are looking for no longer exists. Perhaps you can return back to the site's homepage and see if you can find what you are looking for. Or, you can try finding it with the information below.

I must have deleted the page by accident or something. I need a way to get it back quickly as orders are coming in.
