Default Popup Email Hover Box
Looking to add a popup email hover box similar to the one found on this site: http://socialtriggers.com/convince-people-truth/

I'd like for it to only show up on post pages.

Is there a Wordpress plugin that can do this? Or do I need to manually code it?

I've used Popup Domination for a couple clients. It's a paid plugin, but works pretty well.
