Default Is there an "Action Reference"?

I have found great "hook references" which show all the hooks, the order in which they execute, etc... very useful, of course. However, they would be WAY more helpful if they included a references of all the actions that are applied (in default genesis) for each hook. Does this exist and I've just missed it? This would be soooo helpful!

Not as far as I know. Id the link you found one of these?

http://genesistutorials.com/visual-hook-guide

Hooks can be used for anything - if one was written for Genesis, you;d then need a new one for ach child theme.

HA! First let me say.. you guys are amazing. I always get a quick response when I post. Switching exclusively to Genesis based wodpress development is the best decision we ever made. Unfortunately, yes I've found those and I love the visual hook guide. Very useful.. but it doesn't list all the actions applied in each hook. I've thought this would be useful before, but was always able to find what I needed. Now though I've been pulling my hair out trying to find the name of the action that writes the Read More Link so I can remove it from it's default position. I've found tons of references to the filter to customize it, or return it as empty. But I want to move it from it's default location. I've already got it where I want it to go... I just can't get rid of the old one cause I can't find the action that writes it. :(

Okay, that's different.. and not the same as "what action happens on each hook"

Hooks are for new actions. ;)

The read more link is actually core WP, depending on what one you're looking at.

What theme? What site?

This is for associate. We made a custom "blog" template and needed to re-arrange where the read more goes. We've already got everything done, except removing the default one. You can see here.. scroll down to the posts:

Hmm.. so maybe I'm way confused about something.. when you say hooks are for new actions... you mean that if I create a theme with no custom actions added to any hooks in the functions.php file... there are NO actions in any hooks? That doesn't seem right... it seems like Genesis already has a ton of actions in hooks... because most of the customization to a theme involves removing a default action then adding in your own to replace it. No? I must be missing something...

Andrea, Thanks for your help! I ended up just filtering that link and just returning "...". That will more or less do the trick. I guess it was less of a problem than I thought. Though I'm still curious about your hook comment which I quoted above. I need all the Genesis knowledge I can get, so if there's something I'm not clear on I'd love to get a better grasp on it. Thanks, again!

Hooks actions and filters are actually not specific to genesis. Well - the *Genesis* ones are but the functionality itself is not something we came up with.
