Default Slider on studiopress.com
Can you share the what the name of the image and slider that is on this page http://www.studiopress.com/ (image of large monitor/iPad and iPhone with slider image). What is it and is it available from Studiopress?

You'll have to go to a stock image place and get your own image to use.
