Hello I wanted to know if there was any way for me to change my title text color to half of color and the other to another color using CSS.
Here is my URL http://www.creativebloggers.net/ Example- Creative maybe orange and Bloggers lets say black.

There isn't a way to target that with CSS. You could use javascript to do it. It is a bit finicky though.
