Am I allowed in the license terms to supply the Genesis Framework and a theme in a package that I on sell to an end user client? I was thinking of teaching people to build sites and included in the cost of the course I would supply the Framework and a Theme that they can customise to suit their needs and in the end to build their own site.
Thanks Brett |

You may use the theme for your direct clients when doing work for them and in as many sites as you would like. However, at not point does support get extended to your clients. You may find it better for your business and your clients in this type of setting to recommend the buy Genesis so they will get the same quality support we give you. If you are an affiliate and they purchase through your AFF link, then you get paid for that as well.

Thanks for clarifying that Nick, so if they want support from Studiopress they need to buy their own license for Genesis.

Yes, we do not allow transfer or sharing of support.
