Default Do I need to update Pro Plus after two years of inactivity?

Hello anyone:

I've been on hiatus, like, for over two years.

I bought the Pro Plus All Theme package.

Never got around to even getting started! All I did was unpack the downloaded zip files.

Is there anything I need to do to update my package?

Many thanks in advance,

Steve

Nope, just download the theme and start playing. :)

Many thanks Andrea....

Dig the flash of green, BTW...or is that "purple haze"? I'm a 60's guy, so anything's possible.

This is way cool! I am so glad I made the decision to go with StudioPress Pro in the first place...a lifetime of freshly updated Parent/Child resources.

Now searching out some vids and other training to get active after a two-year slumber.

I'm a teacher, and I'm setting up an online resource for international students who need to pass their required exams, together with their parents (and their teachers/tutors) who wish their children to be educated in the "lost" art of Critical Thinking and problem solving...something I find terribly lacking in today's scenario...Globally it would seem.

StudioPress is my platform.

All the best,

Steve

It's turquoise and I keep changing it. :D

There's a nicer pic of me here when I added pink - http://www.flickr.com/photos/spring9...in/photostream

I should update my avatar, but I changed the bangs again. :P

Sweet - I'm a homeschooler - been at it since 1994 and have one kid left. Critical Thinking and Logic is at the top of our list. ;)

Check out our tutorials at http://www.studiopress.com/tutorials/ and note the links at the top.

And see you around!

Yeah, well, I just uploaded my avatar. As you will observe, my only option these days is a comb over (eewwwww), or a pony tail...and I cut that off a while back. I am very proudly egghead.

I am overjoyed that you "get it", and your kids will thank you in ten or 20 years, believe me. CT and Logic are essential foundational elements of building one's knowledge base (build not your house on sand); and more importantly, to become lifelong learners.

This is my mission, having been involved in the British National Curriculum for some time...and I hear it's not much better stateside. It's: Drill, Memorise, Examine & Forget. This sucks so big time...they (them) are creating generations of dummies; and I find it, as an educator, personally and spiritually unforgivable. (Cue: "Don't get me schtartad" Billy Crystal, Mr. Saturday Night).

Well done you...we need more of us.

With you, I want to keep in touch.

BTW, I am a yank, but I've lived in Spain so long I now spell Brit...yeah, it's Spain, but lots of Brits about.

All the best, Steve

PS: Hehe, am I hijacking my own thread? ;-p
