Default How to Remove "Filed Under" and "Tagged With" after posts?

On my blog at Web Business Research I would like to remove the "Filed Under" and the "Tagged With" that appear after each post.

Is there any value in having these items under the post? Is there any SEO benefit?

If there is no SEO benefit, I would like to know how to remove them. It seems to me that they do nothing but add more clutter to the page.

I'm kind of in the "less is more" mindset right now.

In advance, thank you for the help.

They do allow search engines to find your archive page,s but more importantly they let your *visitors* find related content on your site.

If you wish to remove it, http://www.studiopress.com/tutorials...meta#customize

Andrea:

Great point about allowing your visitors to find related content. With that in mind, I think I just need to clean up my tags a bit a leave them in there.

I appreciate the help. Thank you!

Jon
