Unable to Upgrade Forum Account

Default Unable to Upgrade Forum Account
After purchasing the Genesis framework, I went to upgrade my forum support using my Transaction ID, but when I entered the ID I received an error message saying, "No transaction was found for this transaction number".

Not sure what to do next!
