How to upload Genesis to Wordpress

Default How to upload Genesis to Wordpress
Hi, I am new to the whole world of wordpress and studio press, and I tried to follow the tutorial (video) as well as pdf guide, but when I open my downloaded Genesis file it has so many folders and looks very different from the genesis.1.8.1zip from the TV tutorial.
Which of the many files do I have to actually open in wordpress appearance theme download menu to install genesis. Thankful for all the help I can get.

You need to rezip the genesis folder then install that in Appearance=>Themes. Alternatively you can upload the unzipped folder to the .../wp-content/themes/ directory in your server with an FTP client or your host's file manager.

If you're running OSX you can right click on the folder and then select "Compress...". Not sure about Windows.
