If I use a community theme, can I expect the same level of support as the Genesis Themes, or am I on my own?

Support for Community Themes in the marketplace is given by each designer.
You should be able to get a sense by looking at each subforum here: http://www.studiopress.com/support/f...play.php?f=175

I'm not a moderator here, but it's been my experience that you get the same level of support - support is provided by both the developer of the theme, and the StudioPress moderators.
(I own 3 community themes, and haven't had an issue getting my questions answered).

Support is not guaranteed from the SP mods though, since they are Community Themes. :)

My client likes Megalithe. There is next to no posting in there, so I have no idea what to expect if we go that route.

It was just released yesterday, so almost no posts would be expected. :)
Frankly, if there were a ton of posts, I would be more worried.....

I use the (in)Spyr community theme and have always been treated with elaborate & helpful responses.
