How come my updates don't update on the browser?

Hello.

When I make changes to the style sheet code and then save...and then I go to my Crome browser to refresh to see how the updates look...the browser doesn't update immediately. I have to wait for a minute or so to see if the updates were made.

Can somebody kindly advise me on why the changes to the code does not update on the browser immediately?

Without seeing the site I can only assume that you have a caching plugin activated

Perhaps server side caching? Are you using a content delivery system?

There is no caching. I am using Wordpress. Still, can't seem to figure out why my browers don't update immediately....any other suggestions?

Caching can still take place while using WP. If it's not a caching plugin then you should contact your host.

I recently installed firebug lite. Could this have caused this?

Nope. Not in WP. Just went to the firefox site and downloaded it. Not though the WP.
