Default Library Widget?

I'm creating a site for Union's PhD Program in Interdisciplinary Studies, where I'm a member of the faculty.

I'm looking for a way to generate an attractive resources page with books, articles, videos, and other reference materials. I can do it the old fashion way in html, but I suspect there must be a widget out there to help with this.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I'd just use Dreamweaver to make a page and with a table and paste it in -- doing everything manually. Which is what I would prefer to avoid.

If I don't know what the code you would normally use looks like I can't even guess at how you might do it differently in WordPress to make it more dynamic.
