The new customer service portal is generating a 502 Bad Gateway error message whenever I click on links on the portal. It appears that the links are not prepended with the https://
Once I add the https:// before each url, then I am able to access the urls.

Yes, we are aware of the issue and fixing it as fast as we can. 80,000 customers are trying to access it at once. ;)
