Default New my StudioPress

There is some concern about this new my StudioPress help site it seems there will be no support in the days to come only from tutorials. Your service claims that you can get help from the developers them selfs there's no contact from provided.

I dont see how this new system will help so many users being your setting this forum to read only on Monday.
Me as a customer prefers a live person to guide me when help is needed. .

Rob we have the new community forums for anything custom and usage and technical issues are available via a support ticket system, plus we have better tutorials and a knowledge base that we are building. Support is going to be better than ever. Log into my.studiopress.com and you will see a very clearly labeled "get help" menu item or just look under the My StudioPress menu item.
