Default My StudioPress

Tried to log in with my user name & password that I use to login to the forum and that didn't work.

Then tried my email address that I use for StudioPress purchases and the password that I use to log in to the Forum and that didn't work.

How do I log in?

Default My StudioPress login

Oh. Jeez, thank you, I thought it was just me.

So to be clear, NEW LOGIN info will be sent out and we will then be able to log in and reset out password, etc?

Thanks, so much.

The mailing went out yesterday I believe so you should have received it. If not use the contact form to request the info.

The contact form isn't showing a message box to request access help to the new customer portal. Is there another way to contact StudioPress to get access credentials?

No, you will need to re-register as these are two completely different forum softwares.

Notice on the new site (tutorials) there is now the option to import the demo content
http://my.studiopress.com/tutorials/...-demo-content/
Does this option mean that new installs can be set up exactly like the demo in terms of layout? If so, that is a brilliant addition for many.

That's not new :)

You would still need to set up the site in terms of widgets, and plug-ins etc, what the XML file does is provide you with the content of the demo - things like the pages and posts etc.
