HELP! I can't upload theme - bad code in folder?

I'm uploaded now.
Newbie here. The issue is that I didn't know I had to have the WP dashboard uploaded, etc.
I apologize if that was in a tutorial that I missed.

Will be reading a lot here now that I'm up!
